The pax availability displays only show passenger availability. Other constraints, such as runway or stand capacity or night period restrictions, may prevent slots being allocated as requested. The aircraft operator is responsible for complying with any and all additional restrictions or conditions that may apply to the operation of a flight at the airport concerned and must check the relevant publications (eg, NOTAMs, the Airport’s Conditions of Use, etc).

The allocation of a slot does not imply the availability of all facilities necessary for the operation. In all cases it is the aircraft operator’s responsibility to make suitable ground handling arrangements.

Pax Week

Shows passenger capacity availability matrix for a particular week of the season by:

Horizontal: arrival/departure/total and day-of-operation
Vertical: hour

Use this to see the availability for a typical week, like a NAC-chart, or to find an ad hoc slot on a particular date.

Pax Season by Day of Operation

Shows full season passenger capacity availability for a particular day-of-operation, eg Saturday, and arrival/departure/total by:

Horizontal: hour
Vertical (All): arrival/departure/total and date
Vertical (arrival, departure, or total): date

Use this display to see the passenger capacity availability of a series of slots on a particular day-of-operation.

Pax Season by Time

Horizontal: arrival/departure/total and day-of-operation
Vertical: date

Use this display to see the availability of a series of slots in a particular hour.

Pax Week by Hour

Shows passenger capacity availability for a particular week of the season and hour, eg Saturday 1100, for selected criteria by:

Horizontal: date
Vertical: hour by 5 minute increments

Use this display to see the availability for a typical week, like a NAC-chart, or to find an ad hoc slot on a particular date in a particular hour of specified week.
